Is model of human genome applicable to variant calling on bacterial data ?

Hi, i want to know if i can use "fullv3-ont-ngmlr-hg001-hg19" as a model for a variant calling from bam files generate with minion sequencing on bacterial genome.

Yes the model works.
I suggest you using Clair, a newer version, please scroll down to the end
of the README of clairvoyante.
