Error in GEMINI Download

I am in the middle of the galaxy tutorial:
Exome sequencing data analysis for diagnosing a genetic disease

I am up to

I am having trouble with the following section:
“Choose a gemini annotation source”: select the latest available annotations snapshot (most likely, there will be only one)

An annotation source is not being loaded. I am unsure as to make one available to the tool.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
