Saving configuration state

I have a question about saving the configuration state. Took a fair amount of effort to add marker gene sets for each cell type and would like to retain these without having to reload them. @ambrosejcarr

If you are on CELLxGENE desktop, there is a file that will record the annotations and gene sets that you have created. You can use the --user-generated-data-dirfile_name option to access this feature. Check out more documentation regarding gene sets here
