[Upgrade] Needs a gazebo.spawn_model( ... ) method that takes also an initial position

This is needed when two robots has to be spwned in different locations (also because without this parameter the two robots are spawned in the same position).

We don't use this project anymore. I moved this issue to https://github.com/corlab/rtt-gazebo-embedded
