Use precomputed pca

Hi dear,
Great job with Harmony! I wonder is it possible to extend the harmony.core.augmented_affinity_matrix so that the user can input precomputed reduced dimension data (e.g. PCA, ICA ...)?

Yes definitely. We will add in this feature and update this issue.

Apologies for the inordinate delay. You can now specify pc_components=None to use pre computed reduced dimension data in harmony.core.augmented_affinity_matrix . Please update your repository and give it a try.
