Add ability to postprocess (i.e. root & add directionality) using rna velocity

• Rooting, as included in the supplementary note (Diffusion start and end-point modeling)
• Directionality, possible by using the appropriate kernel used when plotting grids
• Perhaps also splitting: where arrows diverge, there a new milestone should be created
