Rviz visualization is not showing up

Hello,

First off, thanks for open sourcing this work!

I followed the Demo instructions and could see Gazebo & Rviz loaded. Gazebo is showing the world but I thought Rviz would also visualize the generated tsdf (but it is not). Is that the case?

This is how my Gazebo & Rviz are looking like

It came up after executing the command mentioned in the readme to save the tsdf file
rosservice call /gazebo/save_voxblox_ground_truth_to_file "file_path: '$HOME/voxblox_ground_truth_demo.tsdf'"
