Pip install not working

Good evening,
Even though I know this feature is pretty new, I would like to report that pip install for python 3.8 is not working.
I created a new environment with Python 3.8 and tried installing it.
I got the following error (which is mentioned in the README)
ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement lanelet2 (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for lanelet2
Even after updating pip with pip3 install -U pip, I still got the same error . I've tried in two computers with different environments and no result.

Hi, are you on linux? Can you paste the output of pip debug, please? Thanks!
