Issues installing caret package via docker/nextflow

Hello,

I am having issues installing the caret package via docker. I build the docker image just like you have done but for some reason, the caret package isn't loading. Looks like docker is having issues installing dependencies such as stringi, stringr, & reshape2 therefore failing to install caret.
