I encounter this issue:
Error: Failed to install 'CellChat' from GitHub:
Could not find tools necessary to compile a package
Call pkgbuild::check_build_tools(debug = TRUE) to diagnose the problem.
Any suggestions?

Does your Rtools version match your R version? This solved it for me:)
