• After successfully launching Jupyter Notebook in my browser, I find that the terminal feature within the notebook is not functioning or is inaccessible. Jupyter Notebook works seamlessly with Python 3.7 on my system, but encounters issues with other Python versions. Could you please help me to figure out the problem, why they do so
