how to run multiple dataset?

Hi,

I am testing the docker version of the app. They way a dataset is loaded by the command:
$docker run -it -p 5000:5000 --rm -v pwd:/data cumulusprod/cirrocumulus cirro launch /data/pbmc3k.h5ad --host 0.0.0.0

I wonder what I can do if I have another dataset?
