Behaviour of popbubbles command.

One can pass multiple graphs to popbubbles command at once. Will it join multiple graphs first, or pop bubbles in each graph and then join? I am assuming it's the former like it is for clean command. Would be helpful to clarify this in the help output (like for clean command) or at least on the wiki for now.
