I remember yesterday we touched on this, but I'm not really how to get my head around this. DDMC clusters 11 and 23 show a vast upregulation in NAT samples for which the upstream kinases are SLK/PAK2 and ERK2, respectively. How could we argue that these kinases are upregulated in NATs compared with tumors?
