Hi, mikessh,
what's the differences of overseq-units.txt compared with overseq.txt, pwm-units.txt compared with pwm.txt ? how to calculate them?

If m stands for number of MIGs and n stands for MIG size, overseq.txt represents m×n but overseq-units.txt represents m. The same for pwm.txt and pwm-units.txt. However, how to calculate them remains a mystery for me.
