Use migec with bulk MiSeq data

Dear mikessh,
I must apologize to you in advance if my question is very tedious or make no sense to you. I'm very new to repertoire analysis and do not understand the concept quite well. I currently practice analyzing the rabbit MiSeq data, the SRR13652304. If I did not mistake anything, I recognized it as the bulk data, and hereby no barcode file was provided.
My questions are very simple. Is it possible to analyze bulk MiSeq data with MIGEC and how to do it?
