Zenodo only crediting active contributors

Currently zenodo is auto adding contributors based on the github contributors list, but I think we should credit a larger number of people who have helped develop this. We should add .zenodo.json with a larger author list.

Let's revisit, review what we have, and implement this suggestion. I think this is important. Kent had setup pushing to Zenodo on release.
