Got the below error message running abra2 with --log error. Anyway to turn this off.
ERROR StatusLogger No log4j2 configuration file found. Using default configuration: logging only errors to the console.

That's log4j. ABRA2 does not use log4j, but Intel's GKL does. You can disable using --no-gkl. This will be disabled by default in the next release.
