Hi there,
Is there a way to use FSL's inverse warp feature? I can run FNIRT fine but would like to apply the inverse warp feature without having to use terminal
Thank you

I think you can use applywarp function, but would have to check. If you’d
like to implement, pull requests are welcome.

Thank you - yes applywarp works but not inversewarp
Unfortunately I dont have sufficient experience at coding to implement it - although I can run it in FSL (not sure how difficult it is to translate it)
