Support coordinateTransformations on multiscales v0.4

Currently we only read the coordinateTransformations on the first dataset of the first multiscales item.
We should also read the coordinateTransformations on the multiscales itself (if present).
Ideally this should be combined with coordinateTransformations on the dataset.
