There seems to be some demand in the community for an export tool that organizes images by project/dataset folder structure rather than replicating the server-side folder structure. This could be easily achieved with a --simple (or something like that) on omero transfer pack. We have the full OME structure for the data, we have the files, it's just a matter of organizing them correctly.
