Add ability to launch multiple pandas

To speed up training, it would be nice to add the ability to spawn multiple pandas in the future. Using various agents, we can then train an RL algorithm using MPI. See frankaemika/franka_ros#196 for an example.

I have no resources to implement this at the current time. Feel free to comment below if anybody wants to add this feature in the future.
