Unable to reach ping command. Code wont process past the command right before.

Hello everyone,

Under setup and networking, I got down all the way to setting up the network connection and it stalled/stayed at:

dnsmasq: read /etc/hosts - 7 addresses

Things havn't moved further after 5 minutes, by the watch. Documentation says: If after a minute you see no results, then you probably have an issue." Well, am having an issue and I don't know what it is. Everything else upto this point checked out as per document. What could the potential issue be that prevents remainder of the task to be completed by this command, to be completed?

Turns out that this procedure from the documentation is for giving the LiDAR a static IP. I spoke with the OEM to figure another way.
