CHECK error on macOS testthat: dims [product 86616] do not match [43308]

Hi,
related to #220 we have an error on macOS CHECK:

  1 Test Suite : 
  mzR RUnit Tests - 40 test functions, 1 error, 0 failures
  ERROR in test_writeMSData: Error in object@backend$getPeakList(scans) : 
    dims [product 86616] do not match the length of object [43308]
  
  Test files with failing tests
  
     test_write.R 
       test_writeMSData 

Ah, and also in release:
http://bioconductor.org/checkResults/release/bioc-LATEST/mzR/merida1-checksrc.html

On Windows these Errors were transient and disappeared after a while.

I remember that such errors appear from time to time - no idea why. the error comes from proteowizard and I have no clue how this could be reproduced or fixed.

Indeed, that was mostly to keep track of it, and has already disappeared again.
