meshes maybe corrupt

The meshes files 'scitos_1.dae' and 'xtion.dae' won't load correctly in anything other than RViz, at least on my machine. The screen on 'scitos_1.dae' is just some 1m^3 boxes without transformations or scaling, and the 'xtion.dae' model has some problem with a large cylinder.
Has anyone tried loading these back into blender or meshlab?
