Mapping mouse with human data

Hi there, thanks for the nice tool!

I tried using the scanvi model to map human brain cell annotations with mouse brain cells.
Therefore I changed the gene names and added those missing with zeros.

When I run the model, I do not get any predictions for my mouse cell data.

I ran the same code with human data, and on that it worked.

Does that mean that it did not find any corresponding cells, or could there be another issue?
And also: does somebody already map mouse with human and has any tip for me?

Hi, we did some in the paper (see sup figures), what exactly do you want to do? because with scvi you could just integrate them
