The error for importing msprime

hello,
I installed msprime 1.2.0 but it could not be imported and faced this error " DLL load failed while importing _msprime: The specified module could not be found". Also, I tried to install the previous version of msprime but I was not able to install them.

This is probably because of some issues with your conda setup -- see this thread for more info: #2093 (comment)
If the problem persists, please feel free to reopen the issue, and give us a bit more detail about your setup.
