An OpenDRIVE road should be mapped to CityGML Road with (TrafficAreas, AuxilaryTrafficAreas) and an OpenDRIVE junction should be mapped to a CityGML Road (function=Intersection) (intermediate solution until CityGML3, see: examples)

Auxilary Traffic Areas: Border, trafficIsland, raisedMedian, Shoulder, Median, None, Road_Works
