Bumping supported Anndata Version?

I was wondering if it would be possible to adjust the Anndata dependency to include newer versions, such as 0.10.6.

Yes I think we can/should make this change, just need to double check that the on-disk zarr format has not had changes that would prevent visualization https://github.com/scverse/anndata/blob/main/docs/fileformat-prose.md
