Chisel Blinky

This is a simple getting to blinky project in chisel. It is an attempt at collecting in one place all the requirements to get the code running on the device.

How to

1. Build the scala project using sbt "run"
2. Build the quartus project using de0/scripts/compile.bat
3. Flash the device using de0/scripts/program.bat
