Create 9_D_8_CUBE (no charge)

rename the current 9_D_8_CUBE to 9_D_8_CUBE_CHARGE, and create a new path for 9_D_8 (no charge). Since we will have some extra time, we can try to have the robot pick up C or at least get near it.

It may be smart to override 9_D_8 with the above paths, to not stray away from the naming convention.
