Global Planner Goal Co-ordinates scale mismatch

Fixed main bug in fmt_star_ros. Translating it to auto_mapping_ros

Fixed bug.
The user needs to mention the width and height of the map that he used to obtain the sequence coordinates. He also needs to mention if the x, y values from non ros map to ros map are switched.
