This will slip to Sprint 2 from Sprint 1, because there is more work involved than originally thought. We need to write in the code in buildTrack methods to actually replace the characters; while we have the regex's in Seq::Role::Output::Delimiters, they are not in use.

We will be expanded to converting the delimiter to ; or /.

Closing this ticket as it is no longer relevant as written. A new ticket will be made for Sprint 2.
