Python 3.7 was blocked with #98 but this problem does not seem to occur anymore. It needs to be tested more thoroughly but looks promising.
In the Python 3.6 environments, the highest version number that installs is v1.6.2 which is bad.

travis build which is Ubuntu-14-based failed. I could install it successfully on Debian 10.
