ROS2 conversion unavailable?

Issue
On this repo I do not see the ROS2 version of the software nor even the discussion, so starting here.
Background
Tutorial of Moveit motion planner relies on panda, which hasn't been ported to ros2 moveit/panda_moveit_config#133. To convert that to ros2, I'm guessing franka_description
probably should be ported to ros2?
