Fix moveit dual arm configuration

  • Need to edit moveit configurations to support dual arm namespace control.
  • Need to add grippers and force torque sensors to robots urdfs

One arm (blue) is configured using namespaces, and gripper attached. Extension to dual arm should proceed in much the same way, so nothing major blocking this.
