Question about statistical significance in netVisual_heatmap

Hello,
I am using the netVisual_heatmap function in CellChat to compare the changes in interaction number and strength between two objects. The heatmap displays increases in red and decreases in blue. However, I couldn't find information about whether these changes have statistical significance.
Could you please clarify:
Does the heatmap inherently represent changes with statistical significance?
If not, is it possible to display statistical significance on the heatmap using netVisual_heatmap?
Alternatively, is there no need to assess statistical significance for the changes visualized in the heatmap?

@827-wondering Here we did not use the statistical test. If you have multiple samples, you might can perform statistical test.
