TRA on mouse Qiagen TcR data

Hi Mikhail,

I would like to deduplicate Qiagen Tcr libraries using the UMI present in the Qiagen Immune repertoire workflow.
I saw in your Readme (https://migec.readthedocs.io/en/latest/index.html) that TRA is not listed for mouse TcR seq, is this still true today?

A MixCR analysis without preprocessing with MIGEC shows mainly TRA and TRB with some TRD and TRG for few of my samples. I would therefore like to pre-process my data to allow the detection of the Four TcR types after MIGEC+MixCR analysis.

Is this possible? Any advice is welcome.
