python code is removed from ros-planning/warehouse_ros, but still exists in demo.launch

The warehouse_ros python code has been removed in jade and kinetic but still exists in this package. Specifically I was not able to run the demo.launch because of this - https://github.com/ros-planning/moveit_resources/blob/master/fanuc_moveit_config/launch/warehouse.launch#L10-L13

The launcher mongo_wrapper_ros.py has been restored for Melodic and Noetic.
