Is this software using gazebo ROS wrappers?

@caguero @nkoenig : is the robocup3d software using Gazebo ROS Wrappers (gazebo_ros_pkgs) at any point?

I only see gazebo (standalone) headers in robocup_gamecontroller_plugin and robocup_agent_plugin packages. There are no launch files. Should I look into a different place?

We are not using gazebo_ros_pkgs.
