Concerning the first feature "High-framerate tracking of AR marker", may you tell me how high the frame rate this programme can bear？

Regarding your question, we haven't done any benchmarking on the high framerate the code can achieve. For this you can simply publish the same image of an image at higher frequency and see the frequency of the estimation and detection, may be this can give you can idea. You can also touch some parts of code to improve it and feel free to open a PR on the improvements.
