Improve grasp environment grasp cube

The grasp cube has to be improved to not slide out of the gripper anymore. I will wait till frankaemika/franka_ros#209 has been merged since @frankaemika is also working on a similar issue in the upstream (see frankaemika/franka_ros#206 (review)).
