nmea_socket_driver not publishing /fix data

Hi,
I am trying to setup Trimble BX992 using nmea_navsat_driver. I am using nmea_socket_driver to read the gps data but the data is not published on rostopic

Without more information, I can't tell if this is a problem with the driver. Please post:
The version of ROS you're using
Your operating system version
How you installed nmea_navsat_driver (source checkout, apt, something different)
The commands and/or launch files you're using to run the driver
Any error messages from the driver
