Thanks for this very useful workflow. I want to know how to use a web app tool like shiny to running the hectatomb.
But I'm a beginner in programming. What should I find first?

Hi Key-man!
Just to clarify, do you need help running the pipeline, or, would you like help in creating a shiny app for analysing the pipeline's output?
The pipeline is a command line tool and would typically be run on a server (or a computer with at least 64 GB of RAM). But, for analysing the data, a webapp would be perfect! I do my analysis in R and I've been wanting to create a shiny app for analysing the Hecatomb output.
