@sqjin , thanks for the great package!
I'm trying to interpret a figure generated by netAnalysis_signalingChanges_scatter, my question is: How to explain the gray diamond points (red box)?
I'm confused because What I understand is:the gray-colored points must be circles since they are not specific to a condition.
