is there any way to run a Wilcox test (or any other statistical test) with the scevan output?

Thank you for developing such a useful and easy to use tool!

I have run both the single and multiple analysis on scevan and now I am unsure on how to use the output data. Are there any statistical tests that can use the data output?

How else can we visualize the results if we would want to visualize the data at the cell level and not only the chromosome band level?

Any advise would be greatly appreciated!
