Remove unused packages

Like kquad_interface or astec_firmware. Nobody on earth evah will evah use these packages evah. Both companies are acquired anyways.

Agree about the kquad_interface but are we throwing away all the Asctec robots that we have? At least at the end of 2018, the Asctec hummingbirds were still useful.
