Build VDBFusion on MSVC 2019/Win 10

I am trying to build this repo on MSVC 2019/Windows 10. I used Cmake to configure and Generate, it was smooth. When I build the generated project, I face the error below, does anyone have any idea to fix it?

Hello, as I said in the INSTALL.md I don't even use Windows myself, so I'm not sure how to help with this. If you manage to build this project on Windows I'm more than happy to merge your contributions to the project for the benefit of the community ;)
