OpenCR firmaware problem

There seems to be a problem with this file here. When I upload the firmware to my OpenCR, it is uploaded successfully but the turtlebot3 doesn't move through OpenCR test by pressing Push SW1 and Push SW2 and also teleoperation through remote pc does not work.
On the other hand, when I do the firmware update through [wget https://github.com/ROBOTIS-GIT/OpenCR-Binaries/raw/master/turtlebot3/ROS1/latest/opencr_update.tar.bz2] the OpenCR test by pressing Push SW1 and Push SW2 works as the Dynamixel moves but I want to use ROS2 on my SBC (Rpi4).
