biolink prefix in biolink-model.yaml returns 404

Describe the bug
The current value associated with the biolink prefix returns a 404 (biolink: 'https://w3id.org/biolink/vocab/'). If I try to access biolink:Gene or import biolink:biolink-model I get a 404. If I change it to biolink: https://w3id.org/biolink everything works as expected.
